We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts at our sole discretion.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password).

You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

  • Ensure all orders placed under your account are legitimate and authorized

  • Keep your contact and business information up to date

We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Wholesale Orders

All products listed on our website are intended for wholesale purchase only and not for individual consumer use.

Pricing and Availability:

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed and may change based on stock levels.

Minimum Order Requirements:

  • Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply and will be displayed on the product or checkout page.

Order Acceptance:

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance.

Payment Terms
  • All orders must be paid in full before shipment, unless prior credit terms have been approved in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout or on your invoice.

Late payments may incur interest or late fees as outlined on your invoice.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the estimated delivery timelines.

    However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Shipping carriers

    • Customs processing

    • Weather events

    • Supply chain disruptions

    Shipping terms (e.g., FOB, DAP) and applicable charges will be specified at checkout or in your invoice.

    Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon transfer of goods to the shipping carrier.
